Genevieve Carvil-Harris is a multifaceted leader, known for her roles as a publishing mentor, philanthropist, business consultant, and community developer. She has made significant contributions in several areas, particularly entrepreneurship and community-building. A graduate of the University of Miami, where she studied pre-law, she later shifted her focus to business development, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs through her capacity-building and leverage strategies, with her clients generating over $10 million in business revenue. She has also implemented programs in low-income areas through grants and fundraising initiatives with various non-profit organizations. 

In addition to pastoring with her father at The Living Word Family Enrichment Center, she is also an accomplished author, having written books like "ACTIVATE: Secrets to Living a SUPERCHARGED LIFE" and "Busy Bee Boost". Her writings focus on empowerment, purpose, healing, and personal growth. In recognition of her work, she has been honored as one of South Florida's 40 under 40 Black leaders and has received an honorary doctorate in ministry​.
